After years of working as a nurse in the ER, I decided to officially make the professional pivot to functional medicine in 2025. While the ER will forever hold a special place in my heart, I couldn’t help but feel like there was a path that could help me serve others in a more impactful way. This soul searching led me to functional nurse, and I have never been so sure that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

Now, I work with people who feel overwhelmed by conflicting health information, burned out by the system, or simply wanting to know more about their own bodies. If you’ve been labeled with diagnosis without any real answers or being told ‘there’s nothing you can do’, I want you to feel empowered to know that there are more options and resources out there for you.

My approach is rooted in understanding why your body is doing what it’s doing. We take a deep look at your personal history, current patterns, labs, and the cycles that quietly influence how you feel day to day. From there, we make changes intentionally and in a way that is aligned with you life.

I know firsthand the shortcomings of conventional healthcare: how easy it is to feel dismissed, rushed, or left without clarity. That experience shapes how I work. I don’t believe in outsourcing your intuition or relying forever on someone else interpreting your body for you. My goal is to help you understand it yourself.

When clients leave this work, they don’t just feel better - they feel empowered. They have clarity around their health, confidence in how to evaluate new information, and practical tools to check in with their body long after our work together ends. This work is about autonomy, trust, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it.
